Hi my name is Ryan and the other day while I was putting my telescope away one the leg beam going into the middle broke and I was wondering can I fix it or is there a warranty on the telescope?

it it has a center screw for attachment then check with camera shops ( normally sell telescopes and accessories ) as to what the screw size is for the sturdier tripods
could be a simple case of a new screw to suit your unit in a new tripod
Take the scope outside during the day time. Remove the lens cap-- put the diagonal into the focuser at the rear of the scope. Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the diagonal. DO NOT use the 2x barlow-- practice focusing on a distant object during the day time.
No replacement parts available for that telescope. Suggest you take the tripod to a well stocked hard ware store and see if they have any screws, bolts, or clamps that would repair the tripod.
There most likely is a warranty that came with the telescope. Check on the instructions to see if there is an address, telephone number or web site you can go to for repair. If you are having problems with the telescope right out of the box, you can quite often return it to the store where you got it and exchange it for another one. I've had to do that myself.
You probably cannot get replacement parts for that telescope. Your next best bet is a well stocked hardware store-- for some hardware to repair the tripod.
