The X550 does not have any direct USB port support, in other words, there are NO USB ports on the XD2 devices that connect to the X550 card. You can however connect USB devices to the host system and then assign that port/device to a specific XD2 NComputing seat within the NComputing console.
Now,I find NComputing Blue Screen Error for X-550,I install Adobe Acrobat Version 11.This installion but shutdown my computer.I open my computer i find Blue Screen.Plz help me Solve give suggestion
The solution itself won't allow or prevent printing, it is purely a Windows issue. You can try to logon to the host system and do a test print. If that works, then logging on to one of the NComputing stations with the same account should allow you to print successfully as well.
Please explain your problem better so we can help you. Download current version for yourOS from the NComputing download site, install vSpace and reboot and register. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from theprovided CD and upgrade. Simply install straight from the downloadfile I provided in the link. Lastly makeSURE you REGISTER vSpace. Be sure toenable the background hardware activation option. This is available on the last screen of theregistration or in the NComputing System console, under System Settings.

This sounds like an issue with an L230 not an X300. Uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Make

Hi Jerod - we'd like to get some more info from you on your specific configuration to narrow this down. But, it's likely an issue specific to the T110 (quick way to isolate is to run 2003 Server in a VM on the same machine to see if you still have the issue). Please contact us at http://www.ncomputing.com/techsupport (online or phone support) and we can help you with this.
