My 2002 sebring convertable blows cold air when i stop or slow down i do get heat when i am driving fast or accelerating. someone said i should reset the M1 fuse any idea where that is located?
this is not caused by any fuse, this is causd by either a low coolant condition or a blown head gasket, check your coolant level, if it is low check for a leak.this is not caused by any fuse, this is causd by either a low coolant condition or a blown head gasket, check your coolant level, if it is low check for a leak.

low coolant level can cause this condition, when the engine is cold, check your coolant level. if it is full you may have a bad head gasket, have that checked by your favorite repair shop
Yeah Ron, the flap that covers the heater core is open and when you're moving the air is pushed over the heater core and into the cab your in. Possibly just a vacuum line of that controls said flap. Check all vacuum lines for good proper connection to these flaps because all of them are vacuum actuated.
I have the same exact trouble with a 2003 nissan altima. I have checked levels and they are all right.
