First I would need to know the model Bluetooth you have so I could tell you what to do to reset the headset. You can always reset a bluetooth headset to repair it to another device. Normally though to reset a bluetooth headset, you would have to power the Bluetooth device off and then press and hold the device to get it in pairing mode. Usually when in pairing mode the device's light usually stays lit a solid color such as red or purple, or it flashes two different colors simultaneously. At that point you can get your device to find the headset (make sure that you device is bluetooth capable, is on, and is visible to devices) and then pair it. There is always a passcode or pin associated with the headset which creates a secure connection between your device and your bluetooth headset. The default pin code is 0000. Hope you get it working, if it doesn't shoot me a message with the make and model of the bluetooth headset and I can walk you through it.

I lost my manual and i need connect with my phone.. How do you connect ?

Can't say for sure without knowing what type of headset, but most that I've used you can reset by holding the connect button down for 5-10 seconds and you will hear a beep to confirm it's reset. If you are asked for a password, try 0000. If not, try 1234. Go to your phones menu and enable the bluetooth. The phone should then search for available bluetooth devices in the vicinity. It should then find your headset. You then need to agree to Pair the device with your phone.

How can I reset a Bluetooth?

<p>Using a Bluetooth device for mobile phone or computer, it asks for a PIN or security code. The connection between two Bluetooth devices is based on this code. If you're not interested in connecting both devices in the future, you need the code again. On reset the Bluetooth devices to remove the existing code and will prompt you to enter in case you decide to return to be switched. <br /> <p><br /> <p>1. Go to the menu on your mobile phone. Find the connection options and select the "Bluetooth" option. In the Bluetooth menu, you can see the devices currently associated with the phone. <br /> <p><br /> <p>2. Use the arrow keys of the phone to disconnect the device you want to select. You will see a number of options from the context menu. Choose "Remove / Reset PIN." This will switch back to the default security code, usually '0000 '. <br /> <p><br /> <p>3. Disconnect the connection of Bluetooth devices; simply select the 'Delete' / 'Remove' option on your mobile phone. When you pair the devices in the future you will be writing a new code. <br />

Bluetooth connection not working. Tried with a couple of phones to find the player with no success.

Hi,

Make sure that the mobile phone which you're trying to use is paired with the Car Audio System.
Check if the Blue-tooth icon at the front panel display is lit.
If the pairing is completed, try connecting the device to the head unit. Press and hold the BT button for 3 seconds to connect the mobile phone unit to the Car Audio system.
If the unit is not getting connected, then try to RESET the unit by pressing the Reset button located inside the front panel using a sharp pointed object. Once the unit is reset, try pairing the unit again and then connecting the devices.
You may also check the compatible Bluetooth devices with the Car Audio System.

I keep getting the message "Bluetooth linke is busy". What does that mean?

When you get a message like that on any cellular device, smartphone or iPhone...its because your bluetooth device is experiencing errors internally, or either your bluetooth device is connected presently with another device and keep in mind that bluetooth can only connect to one device at a time; meaning that if your bluetooth device is connected presently to any other device, that connection should be terminated in order for bluetooth to be able to search and connect to a new device!

Before you take any of these steps make sure that you have your Bluetooth settings in your phone are set secure; make sure that if any device is trying to connect, would get your attention ( any connection attempted will be prompted on your phones screen) by doing so you will not have outsiders connection to your phone without your permission!

Solution = Turn off your cellular device, and turn it on again! If you're able to remove the battery and placing it again please do so but however some devices like iphones, batteries can not be accessed! ( with such devices, using the Power On/Off botton is good enough to reset the device ).
Power off your Bluetooth headset! ( Do not turn on your device yet)

make sure your bluetooth settings in your phone is not set to automatically connect to any other bluetooth enabled device!

after your phones reset, turn on the headset using the middle botton wich is the round botton, and hold until you get a solid light and make sure BLUETOOTH IS ENABLED AND DISCOVARABLE!

if that doesn't work, hollar at me!

Motorola h710 bluetooth will connect to phone but no audio

I disabled the bluetooth from my phone. I then turned off my phone and rebooted it. Once the phone was turned back on, I paired it up with the bluetooth and then it worked. So disabling and removing everything and starting over worked.
