Hi, need some help re the t303 - I cannot send or view any sms messages at all, I have had the settings sent to me from t mobile but I cant access them and ive also been on the sony site and had updates sent but this has not helped. I am only able to send a text by going through my contacts and selecting send message, however, I still cannot view the text reply - Any ideas ? Thank you :)
I had the same problem & contacted my service provider, they advised the problem was actually with my sim card which was old & not compatible with the phone, A new sim was sent out & I can now send & receive sms without any problems.

my t303 is rubbish, i have had it for a few months now and it occasionally decides it does not want me to read texts, send texts or view contacts! so a very similar problem but worse. the only way i found of solving it was to dismantle the phone and keep putting the battery in and out until it decides to allow access to contacts and messages. i shall never be purchasing a ericsson phone again
