    yea i figured it out!!!!!!!! my settings had been changed somehow and i
    found a way to fix it in ease of access on the control panel!!!!!!

probably a "accessibilty" setting or a keyboard flaw. try to turn of all accessibility options and swap you keyboard with a standard usb one. hope it help

replace the batterys in your keyboard
then press the small button on the usb connected transmitter/reciver then the small button on the underside of your keyboard .

KEYBOARD PROBLEM

Was there any liquids spilled inside the keyboard? You may need to have the keyboard replaced as they start to fail in due time.

Keyboard beeps when any key is pressed

The reason these beeps are happening is because there might be a key that is slightly depressed enough to where its registering keystrokes. Move your fingers all over the keyboard and see if you the beeps stop after you do that. If it still is going on then that means your keyboard is bad and will need to be replaced.
