DLS Velodyne subwoofer has no sound but blue light is on

Velodyne exists. I've done repairs on their gear. They're rediculously hard to get any answers out of. But they'll so anything they can to void the warranty.

Is this "output plug" for sound/audio or video?

Because such output plug varies in sizes and the cost as well

You will want the subwoofers to each have the same input signal (parallel).

One way to check the operation is to connect a source directly to the inputs of the sub.

A CD player will work fine. Connect the out puts of the CD player to the inputs on the sub. Play a CD.

If you get music from the sub, then no problems with sub.

If nothing, sub has problem.

Could be

A Dead amp.

A Dead speaker.

Velodyne products usually need to be returned to them for service.

Cost is unknown.

1. Verify unit is plugged in and power outlet used is active.
2. Is power switch on?
3. Is auto turn on/off set properly?
4. Is unit receiving an input signal from your source?
5. Have all controls on subwoofer (volume, crossover, phase, etc.) been
properly set?
6. If unit has been running at high levels, one of the protection circuits may be engaged.
7. Has the built-in amplifier overheated?
