When i took the bottom front panel off i couldn't get at the tray and couldn't see any water to mop away. I'm probably being dumb but can you give me more details please?? Much appreciated.
Tray is normally exposed when bottom front panel is taken off but may be obscured by sound insulation.
another way to get water out assuming it is present, is to tilt the whole appliance back at 45deg but disconnect from mains first
