Bang & olufsen amplifier, NOT the speaker with the same name!
If you can, try to download its service manual by internet. It only will have these details. I've tried for it, but went in vein. 3 downloads are there, bu all of them are paid. I've no use of it. The why should I pay for that.. If you want, get it. Or contact any experenced service tech.

Hi, You may try to not connect the ground pin of the main cable of Arcam Solo. Using a 2 poles adaptor is the simple way. Try to find hum is still there. And using better RCA cables, like twisted pair, quad wires cable is better. Because, it is long-run (over 2 metre long), EMI and RFI are easy to enter the signal path.

You might be able to get one from online parts shop CPC, they stock B & O parts. You can worry about if you can fit it when you've got one!

unplug from mains,close doors by hand,reconnect mains,does the doors open or can you hear something trying to happen,if so the guide rails for doors may need cleaning/lubricating otherwise the cable drive may be detached(a workshop job).

this job can be done from the front but it is very fiddly so suggest youprevent hair loss by taking to b&o repairer.

Push the door to the left this normally engages the door to the mech.it is designed to detach if the door is jammed or too stiff to move.Cleaning of the guide rail and door carrier is usually the cure.this can only be done properly be removing the central cd clamper and control panel assy.
