Only one channel- need help

i just reconnected my fortec star lifetime ultra. i was using it over a year ago without any problems then is just stopped working. i put in new codes but gave up. i re-connected today and put in the new keys. i am only getting cartoon network so i know i am getting a signal, but nothing else. i am not very familiar with all the terms. bin? can someone please help me as to what i may need to do or look for on my system to make sure i am setting it right. thanks in advance
