I have problen with receiver fortecstar lifetime not turn on i tryed to put a new bin but no working, i don't know what i can do it for fixing

will not turn on tried new bin still no good like it had no power
i tried sownloading the new bin to my fortec ultra but i guess something was wrong with that file cause now there is abosolutly no power to it. it wont turn on at all
please help
green light flashes, unables to download any bins/boots.
