I suspect the pump out float switch. I am trying to fix mine now, the alarm sounds and gives 4 flashes on the LED after the pump out motor runs for too long. But I can't find the float switch
I believe that it was indeed the float switch. I suspect that it is located on the left hand side of the cabinet.
?Rather than dismantling any further I placed a cup of vinegar in a container in the dishwasher and ran only that through a cycle. I repeated this 2 more times. Now no beeping.
?
I suspect the vinegar broke down residue that had formed around the float switch making it stick

either the latch thats on the door is bad,,or the catch on the tub is out of line,,,now if the dishwasher door drops hard and wont stay up ..you need new door spring and the weight makes it pop[ open..
