You cannot Motorola charges for the software although some models come with the software you can always call and ask them if they'll give you a replacement CD.

Install it on your PC and you will then be able to transfer data between your PC and the phone.

The software is available from Motorola themselves. You can download it from there site by purchasing it is called " Motorola Phone Tools" It is not Free/Shareware.

i hope you would be having the required software needed to sync the files on your pc to the phone.If not then u will have to ask the vendor of ur phone .Now you have then install the software in your pc. After this connect your phone using the usb cable and let the system detect the phone.
now open your phone as a local disk on your computer .
I assume that the videos will be in the wmv format that means a lot of of memory needed so you better compress them in a format that can be read by your phone before transferring them.
