Hi guys i recently bought a radeon x1650 wheni install the cerd every thing seems normal untill windows loads then blank the welcom sound sounds so its loading i deleted the previuos drivers for old graphics and the drivers for the on board graphics aswell but somehow i turnd the onboard adapter off so im haveing the same prob with that to the only card i have that windows is reconising is leadtec a280 ive tried loading the drivers for the x1650 but they wont load without the card instald could you please tell me how to make windows xp home edition reconise my agp radion thanks alot guys
A resolved the problem with no start,no bios,black screen at startup
change te battery with new one
the circuit must be closed
without battery doesnt start anymore !!!

Usually answered in minutes!
1) Take out any video card you've installed, then clear the motherboard CMOS. When you reboot you'll be back to the onboard video, and Windows should start up normally. (If you removed the drivers for the onboard video, you might only have 16 colors and low resolution, but you'll have video.)
2) Download the latest drivers for your card here:

(You can use the driver CD that came with the card, but I always like to download the drivers to be sure they're the latest ones. The CD's are sometimes outdated when you buy the card.)
3) Shut down the computer and install your Radeon card.
4) Plug the monitor into the new card. (It sounds stupid, I know. But I've "repaired" a few computers for people who made the very simple error of plugging the monitor back into the onboard video connector instead of the one on the new card. Most system boards automatically disable the onboard video when a video expansion card is detected. Bingo, no video!)
5) Install the Radeon drivers and you should be in good shape.
