Seat cushion won't fit properly

Hi

Take the seat unit off the chassis and turn it upside down. You'll see two clips on the underside - push toward the centre of the seat and the plastic casing will pop away from the fabric & polystyrene cushioning. The fabric is connected to the plastic casing with elastic loops that hook onto pegs that you'll need to undo and then the fabric will come off the polystyrene cushioning ready for washing.

Yes the new seat unit can be used with old zap.You remove the fabric seat (look on u-tube if you don't know how)the new seat unit then fits on to frame via the addapters that come with the xtra seat unit, at the point where the car seat addapters fit.There is a large push button on the top of the seat unit which you push in to recline or sit up the seat, and a little one too next to it, that needs to be pushed away from the larger one, while you hold the large button down when you want to remove the seat unit.I found fitting the xtra seat very easy.To fold the zapp you Must remove the entire seat unit as it won't fold with it on, unlike the old one.

No sorry Frog sets are slightly smaller and domes don't aline with the frame.

No sorry. They are different sizes. The Cameleon set is the bigger so it could possibly be worked on to fit if someone was giving it to you but it would not be the best solution. Just find a Frog set on eBay.

Yes it will fit. the fabric seats are not interchangeable but everything else is. Currently I have Cam wheels on my frog chassis. As well as a cameleon canopy, and a fabric flease set on my frog seat.

The parasol fits onto the foam surround that you attach the seat/carrycot fabric onto, unless you have the two clip parasol which can be attached to the handle.

You can get a manual online from bugaboo. You need to remove the velco strap off the carrycot frame than fit the seat fabric onto the frame it's not too difficult. it you need more help contact me on www.buggypitstop.co.uk

ALL COMPONENTS FROG, CAMELEON AND GECKO FIT ONTO 1 AND ANOTHER. YOU COULD BUY A FROG SEAT FABRIC TRY EBAY FOR THE CHEAPER OPTION, THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE. THE CAMELEON 1 WOULD ALSO FIT, AS IVE HAD A CAMELEON COVER ON A FROG SEAT FRAME AND IT FITTED JUST AS GOOD :)

Are you talking about the seat fabric and putting it onto the frame?

Remove the handle bar and the metal pole from the seat frame legs to relaxe frame, put seat fabric ontop top of seat frame and fit. place one strap onto the pins at side with holes then turn seat frame onto side. use foot and weight to bring the other strap over the pins and slot into holes fasten buckle undernethe and the velco tabs.

There are four plastic ends at each corner of the fabric seat unit, these need to be released, if you partly fold the buggy the tension on the fabric is eased allowing these four plastic tabs to be pulled out of their location.
When you have releasd these fold the buggy almost in half, and start to pull the fabric out of the slotted rails, you must try to do this evenly i.e. pull the back part out beyond the handles and the seat part out beyond the front wheel, it will seem tough at first but as you work all the sides evenly it will come out quite easily honest!
Fitting is just the reverse making sure the the sides of the fabric are locating properly.
Patience is the best policy.
