Yes it will fit. the fabric seats are not interchangeable but everything else is. Currently I have Cam wheels on my frog chassis. As well as a cameleon canopy, and a fabric flease set on my frog seat.

Yes they do I've done it! The width of the chassis are the same as are the locking mechanisms. It's the length that's different the Cami frame is longer by 6 cm and has the extending handle. Note fabric sets are not interchangeable as seats are slightly different in size and stud placements.

    Have you ever actually tried Fred? I have! They are different sizes but not where it counts 360-mm centers post to post, Have you noticed a lot more failures of the Aluminum locking rods? I'm getting quotes to get laser cut ones in S/S.

    I have the cameleon and two frogs an older one and a 2012 the seat cover and hood is completely interchangeable, the only difference is that the handlebar extends on the cameleon. The hood is exactly the same. Don't get sucked into paying $100 for a hood cover, if you are handy with a sewing a machine go to tube I Interchange all the covers on all three.

Can I modify the handle bars on a Frog? I need to lower them for Mum under 5ft tall? Take then off and replace with adjustable handlebar? Which part would I need to purchase? Is it in stock? price?
The Cameleon has the adjustable handle it is not available as a part only as a complete chassis for around $400 www.babycare.nl/bugaboo-cameleon-chassis-p-2466.html. Your Frog wheels, seat etc would fit. If you found a broken Cam frame on eBay you could swap the handles. Your Frog would have the parts required to fix the Cam. Click on this link to my tips section www.fixya.com/support/r7805199-fix_bugaboo_handle_lock. Note as you don't need the old Frog handle you could try prizing off and reusing the domes but I don't recommend that. Brake cable is compatible.

My bugaboo cameleon frame wont click on the chassis
The chassis must be fully opened out and the handle locked in position before the seat / bassinet frame can lock down on to it. The seat / bassinet frame is the safety lock keeping the frame ridged. You should see a square hole (made by two half squares from adjoining hub disks) at the top of the chassis hub assembly when fully open. A square pin under the seat frame must engage into it and the white release button must click. Your Bugaboo will not br safe unless this happens and you should contact the seller to help.macnutz_36.jpgmacnutz_35.jpg

No sorry Frog sets are slightly smaller and domes don't aline with the frame.

The answer is yes, the chassis prongs are the same size and spacing. The size of the seat and bassinet are different so the fabric sets are not compatible.

No sorry. They are different sizes. The Cameleon set is the bigger so it could possibly be worked on to fit if someone was giving it to you but it would not be the best solution. Just find a Frog set on eBay.

HIYA.... IVE HAD ALOT OF BUGGIES AND PRAMS... IVE ALSO MADE MANY BUGABOOS UP, JUST BY USING USED PARTS AND PIECING THEM TOGETHER.

ALL COMPONENTS FROG, CAMELEON AND GECKO FIT ONTO 1 AND ANOTHER. YOU COULD BUY A FROG SEAT FABRIC TRY EBAY FOR THE CHEAPER OPTION, THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE. THE CAMELEON 1 WOULD ALSO FIT, AS IVE HAD A CAMELEON COVER ON A FROG SEAT FRAME AND IT FITTED JUST AS GOOD :)
