I can not locate an admin manual anywhere. I need to be able to change the message that inbound callers hear. I also need to change our company directory. I use the admin station, 200.
You did not say what kind of voicemail you have but since you have a DK16e I'll assume it is a Stratagy. The Company Greeting is usually split between mailboxes 990 and 991. MB 990 is the introduction ( Thank you for calling ABC Company) and MB 991 are the instructions ( If you know your parties extension please enter it now .... ). The Admin mailbox to set this up is 999 if you have three digit extension numbers and the default password is 999997#. If this password has been changed then you will have to get a local Toshiba dealer to help you as the password will have to be reset via a computer connected to the maintenance port of the voicemail. If you have a computer already set up to program the voicemail then that is where you will also take care of the Directory issues. If you go to www.wedophones.com and click on manuals, scroll down to Toshiba, click on Toshiba, then scroll down until you see Stratagy Voicemail you will find your Admin Guide, Good Luck and let me know how you make out or if I can help ......mitelmike

I found out that we are using a 4 Port Lite voice mail system. The info you provided has been a huge help! I contacted the company we purchased the system through and was told that they did not provide us with a user's manual of any sort. In quickly scanning through the manual you pointed me to, it seems we should have also received a CD so programming could be done through a pc... Any idea on how I could get one now?
