SOURCE: Steering, The right front axle

1) there are also bushings which hold the axle assembly into the front cross member, take a look at those.
2) while you are at it, replace the front wheel bearings on both sides

What did I do to my 06 trailblazer?

Possible that the steering gear box may have been damaged. Also the a frame and strut may be causing the problem. Best to have a qualified garage do the work.

How do I adjust troy built lawnmower deck. Front bar attached. To deck came off and trying to put it back on

I think the way it looks you will have to unscrew the bar and put it in the hole then put the part back together. You may have to move your base one way or another to do this as well.
Try moving your base up or down or side ways before you unscrew it as well You may have to just line it up to make it work.

Left side blade cuts about an inch lower than right side , the left 21" when cutting is about an inch lower than the right 21", looks terrible, checked tire pressure and that was not the problem

measure the height of cut from the ground to the bottom of the deck all the way around, if it is the same the blade or bearing housing is at fault, if it is lower on the left look for a bent or broken mount from the deck to the tractor on that side.

42" deck not cutting level

I had a similar problem, and the problem was fixed by airing up one of my front tires. This may not be all of the problem, but you should eliminate this before you go adjusting.......

My deck cuts shoter on the rt,ie uneven

Check your tire pressures:
10 psi. for rear tires.
14 psi. for the front.

Note that according to MTD:
Making sharp right hand turns. Twin-blade mower decks are designed with the discharge on the right side and two side-by-side blades. The side-by-side twin blade decks have the left hand blade positioned slightly forward and in front of the right blade. This provides cutting overlap when traveling in a straight line. As a result, the tractor should mainly operated making primarily left hand turns when cutting. During left turns this cutting overlap is maintained. If turning right when, it is possible to negate this overlap and leave an uncut strip.
