Hi nothing to worry! follow these steps to solve ur issue!
1. first u must activate gprs in both ur operator side and as well as ur side to access gprs in ur phone!
2. in operator side u must contact the operator and activate gprs( in most of the operator need msg based on the phone model to activate gprs in ur number)
3. it may take time based on ur operator
4. after activation u may receive the msg that gprs for ur num is activated
5. then move to ur side.
6. u may require the gprs settings to access the internet!
7. ask ur operator for gprs settings( settings are free and it may send you while u send msg to the particular number based on ur operator)
8. then u may got settings! try to save the settings as the default settings!
9. switch off and switch on ur phone.
10. then open ur phone browser! then start browsing!
plz make note that u may hav activate the corresponding gprs plan activated and also u may hav balance in ur account to access the service.

* If you are using Wi-fi connection, check wifi connection near you if it's stable.be sure no authentication required or you know the encryption code.
Please press *212# and call button. Your entire balance will come. Remember it and then open internet and do whatever you want to do. After that close internet and check the balance in the same way.
hi, if you are using prepaid account you must have more than 50 pesos load to activate your GPRS setting...then do this procedure...., GO (space)N6610i then send to 2951 (all letters must be capitalized),you will received a confirmation from 2951 that your gprs is already activated.. To test if your gprs is working ,send a pic to your own number ..if you received the image ,your gprs is activated...to prevent deactivation of gprs setting ,your load balance must be always more than 50 pesos all the time. i hope it will help you ,thanks for trusting fixya...
You have only set this up on your phones GPRS Network Settings. You need to configure it in the Sony PC Suites Network Settings. Use the Vodafone GPRS Network settings in their and you will get a working Internet connecting from your phone.
to send mms both the dender and receiver should activate GPRS, and the size of 1mms is 100KB and some wont support the files more than 100KB .
to activate GPRS you should have a minimum balance of Rs % in your account, check wheather the homepage address id ,IP adress,Access point name(APN),port no is correct or not.
if it is correct the clear cache and reinsert sim and try again.
to use gprs things you need to do
1.need to have a gprs enabled sim
2.sufficient balance to use the service if it is prepaid
3. should have done the gprs settings or should have saved these settings on mobile and select the profile as default to use it.

go to Main Menu>>Web Acess>> scrooll down to go to url>> enter the url you want to visit>> like http://google.com
