Hello, I am looking for the handpiece for the Unisonic corded phone model 9518x. any ideas?

I have an old Unisonic 9725, and the programming method for that phone may work for yours.
1. take handset 'off hook'
2. press: store
3. enter phone no.
4. press store
5. press memory button 1, 2, or 3...or 0-9
6. put handset back 'on-hook'

to use: take handset off hook, and press the memory number that applies.

The phone rings,states the number calling but you can't talk to the caller. When you answer the phone, the person on the other end can hear you, but you can't hear anything. You can't get a dial tone when...

The switch that the handpiece activates is not working. Could be optical, magnetic or physical. It may need cleaning, adjusting or a wire connection repaired. Also check the curly cord and its connections between the handpiece and telephone.

I have a Unisonic model 9550 telephone with florence curved blue light which as burned out. Can I get a replacement?

Rather than have to pay you to find out about a replacement bumb, I'll just throw the damn thing away and buy another phone.

Different brand, of course!

Can't get CLI to work on 5020

With the handpiece on the hook. Try typing #86 into the handset. This should turn on CLI from that handset.

Programmed speed dial - internal calls

To add an Extension Key: -
DONT lift handpiece, enter [*91] then press a vacant memory key and then choose “Repdial Key” from the menu. Enter an extension or group number and press the [ü] key.

To dial an Extension Key: -
Lift handpiece.
Press the memory key you programmed.

Storing a personal speed dial number: -
Lift handpiece.
Dial [*92]
Dial memory number.
(*0 - *9 for personal numbers)
Press the [ü] key.
Dial 0 then the number to be stored.
Press the [ü] key.
Hang up.

How to dial speed dial numbers: -
Lift handpiece.
Dial [*7]
Dial memory number.
(*0 - *9 for personal numbers)
(001-999 for system numbers)
For Example: [*7*0 ü] will call the personal number stored under position *0.
[*7001 ü] will call the system speed dial number stored under position 001.
