You have to contact AT&T to send you the MMS settings on your phone. Just provide them your phone model and they can send you over-the-air settings.

Contact you service provider for gprs activation

Next get gprs setting from service provider

Eg: BSNL pre paid costomers

Gprs activation -- Send message GPRSPRE to 53733

for getting setting send your model no to 58355
eg; if your phone model is nokia 5800

send message NOKIA 5800 to 58355

you need to contact your service provider. just tell him/her the model of your phone (which is Nokia N73) and they'll send you settings via text message. just save the settings (you may prompted to enter pin code provided by network) and restart your device.
be sure to activate gprs first before sending multimedia messages..

You should be able to send a text message with the picture attached to an email address.

to send a multimedia message/text message w. picture attached:
-find the actual picture you want to send on your phone and select it
-then hit your "menu" or "options" button, which should give you an option to send/share the picture
-select text message or multimedia message (MMS)
-in the "to" line for the text message, enter the email address you'd like to send it to
-hit "send"

i had the same problem. first try turning the phone off then back on and if it doesnt work after that then go into menu>optus>SIM Backup and turn it on

u never mention the model of ur phone...please mention it so we can provide u better solutions..ok...if ur using nokia...do the ff...* 3, press call key together with the power on...make a good timing..do it all at once...its called reformating..if it doesnt work ask somebody to reprogram it...
