I have Samsung Galaxy S2 and when I turn it on I see a yellow triangle with an exclamation point (!) and every time I turn off the phone and after I turn it on it doesn't connect automatically to my provider and some of the definitions are back to default. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

thats your TPMS light, Tire Pressure Monitoring System. The light means that one of your tires is low on air, so check them all and fill them to the specified amount, which will be located on the drivers side door jamb.
It sounds like the DSC fault that I have on my 320ci, apparently I need a new steering angle sensor.

That's the traction control warning. it should only come on if you turn the system off, or when the system is actually "doing its think" when there is wheel slip. If it is on all the time, there is a fault in the system. In this case, you'll have to have the fault codes for the traction control & ABS system read.
