You better buy a multi turn potentiometer about 4,7 - 5,1 kOhm.

Connect its ends to "+10 V" and "ACM". The Slider connect to "AVI".

The multi turn pot can make small steps of adjustment.

First thee attempts will "lock" you out. you must restart drive to allow 3 more tries. If you can't get to programming funcitons to change password you should be able to connect via serial connection and reset the password funcitons to 0.
