I am going to have to side on the No side. Some phones have a small limited memory to store these messages, so when that space runs out, the system removes the last text to make room for new ones. I had a friend with a Moto Q on Verizon (CDMA = No SIM) and it was her biggest complaint.

My advice is to erase all the messages you dont want as you get them in, that way this wont happen.

Also, backup the phone, you can find the utilities online. Verizon does offer a backup service in their cloud for your address book. I know you use Boost, which is owned by Sprint (not verizon as you indicated). Boost uses the Nextel technology of Sprint which is iDen. That is closely related to GSM.

Net net...call your service provider that is your only option. I am sorry.

unfortunatly I'm afraid once you delete them they are gone, they only thing I could think of to do is contact your wireless carrier and ask for a record of your text messages if they are really that important. Hope this helps!

Alas, the V750 doesn't allow you to manually add ringtones that way. The only way I've found to add a ringtone to my V750 is to email the ringtone as an attachment to my phone, then choose to save the file as a ringtone.
Every Verizon number comes with an [email protected] email address, which comes across as a text, video, or picture message on your phone. Just replace the x's with your phone number.
NOTE: Be aware that when you open the message, your ringtone will begin playing; you probably don't want to do this at work!
