Look to see if the small rings or squares under the key are intact. You can carefully with a sharp item lift off another key cap, they usually just un clip and lift off. Don't pry to hard if it doesn't come off easily so you don't break another one. If it comes off with the clips still on the keyboard, examine how they are positioned, see if your #2 keys clips are not separated or broken. Separated, you usually can compare to the other key cap you removed and if not broken it might only require a small adjustment, then just snap it back on. Key boards are different but it would be ideal to find a spare or broken keyboard you can use to replace the clip if broken. If it just won't snap back on, you can use "sticky tack" or even a small piece of gum!
