There must be a control on subwoofer, like a volume control. Turn it and check it. Also check the connections.

go to start menu, control panel, sound. Then here go into the Tabs and select the Speakers. Apply, Done !
If it does not work, then I suggest you to contact the Logitech support for a replacement this is an hardware
failure and it's covered by warranty terms.

I would start by plugging the speaker in an mp3. if they still dont work
you need somebody who can rewire the speaker. Its not dangerous nor difficult but you need to pry open the speaker.

If your speakers are working fine on the mp3 then you volume is set to balance to the right. Put the balance in the middle in windows
