My only solution to that problem would be to take it back to the store you bought it from (or your phone's company store), and ask for the password to be reset. You will need some ID to prove that you are the owner of the phone. Hope this helped!
guys follow my steps 1. download nemesis service suit v1.0.38.14 from any where its free like search in google u will find out. 2.u must have pc suit intall on ur computer .pc suit 7.1.18.0 or latest version it depends upon u . 3.open nemesis service suit 4.clik on magnifying glass ur divice info will be there . 5.then clik on tools thene clik on factory settings 6. there r many factory settings clik on full factory then clik reset its done guys ur code is now reset to 12345 .
