- To unlock you Nokia X3 (if forgot or lost lock code) you can unlock it using a master code. - To get the master code i need the IMEI code of your mobile phone. - With the help of this IMEI code we can get the master code of your mobile and unlock the mobile and reset it with a new password.
- The IMEI number can usually be found on the sticker underneath the battery or by typing *#06# into the phone keypad.

which country's network it locked now?Because all country Network lock cannot be Unlocked ....Only some Network locked Phones can be Unlocked from the Network lock,You can get the Unlock code from here

unfortunately, the network unlock code for your Nokia X3 is not availble yet.

This phone is a new model Nokia phone and you have to hold on a while for the unlock code to come out.

So you cannot unlock the phone for now because the unlock code is not availble yet.
