This is a manual for the game.

It could be that this game simply does not come with an instruction manual. This is a low budget game and not having an instruction manual would cut down on production costs.

When you go onto this website, click on the "Monopoly Here and Now Electronic Banking Edition" which will bring up an order form. Print out the form, fill it out, and send it to the address or fax number at the bottom of the form. You should receive the replacement part within 4-6 weeks. Good luck and happy playing!

Monopoly today is played with a variation of rules. Some people collect money when they land on free parking, and some choose to leave properties unsold if the original buyer chooses not to purchase the property. Official rules state that "If you do not wish to buy the property, the Banker sells it at auction to the highest bidder." These rules and others may be changed by going to Play Game > New and then selecting the Preferences button at the bottom left under the "AI Difficulty Level" selection. From here, you can turn off auctions and other rules to tweak the game to your own style.

BUYING PROPERTY... Whenever you land on an unowned property
you may buy that property from the Bank at its printed price. You
receive the Title Deed card showing ownership; place it face up in
front of you.
If you do not wish to buy the property, the Banker sells it at auction
to the highest bidder. The buyer pays the Bank the amount of the bid
in cash and receives the Title Deed card for that property. Any player,
including the one who declined the option to buy it at the printed
price, may bid. Bidding may start at any price.
