My c3 phone says file format not supported when I'm taking pictures. What am I going to do?

Hello if the very files you have got from mms/somewhere is infected by virus/corrupted this problem cause.Or sometimes if the files are not supported by your phone.The last solution is to remove, but before you proceed scan the files with currently updated antivirus (Recomented=Avast ).Thanks for visiting fixya

does your phone have an external memory card if so check to make sure the memory card isnt locked and if thats not the case plug your nokia into a computer then take a snapshot.

The issue is with your Nokia electronics inexplicable operation. You could try transferring the files to your hard drive, and using the run command and dos change command change the file extensions to .jpg in lieu of the bogus .nrw.

And if memory serves me correctly, use *.* with the command to signify all the files rather than changing each individually. PIA!

U might have to get another camera if all this extra work is excessive.

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. u mean "memory full delete some data?" i that's your problem, the only solution is to format your phone......

this simply means that your phone does not support the (maybe) the version of the application..
just goto sharemobile.com on your mobile phone, so you can download another one

there must be application errors in your mobile. re install the software of your mobile. and try to take the pictures. some corrupted file will not able to view the images. just format your phone and try it. it may be help you to fix this problem
