Once you entered incorrect passcode for 5 consecutive times,it will ask you to wait for couple of minutes.After waiting,enter 12345, that is the default code for nokia. You can also reset to factory settings by entering *#7370# then all of the settings saved in the phone memory will be deleted thats why you need to have a backup before doing so.

A factory reset in this case would not work because u still need the security code to get the reset done.if u dont know what the security code is then u wont be able to proceed with the reset,u will have to take the phone to a Nokia care point for assistance from a technician.
