I have a simplicity ellis {8676} 4 in1 crib. I lost the instruction manual and want to convert it to a toddler bed. where can I get a manual or info on how to convert the crib to the different stages
My granddaughter uses the same bed ... I have scanned the manual.
BTW, this model was NOT on the recall list and Simplicity is no longer.
Good luck getting any parts for this model. I understand that this
still can be found at several stores.
The manual can be downloaded @:

Hope this helps

Drop the mattress to the lowest level. use the hex head wrench (4mm) in the forward facing holes that are lined up with the sides to unscrew the front (lowest side) and remove it. Then get the transitional railings if you still have them and attach two screws to the sides and one screw up under the mattress frame.

This one was not recalled.
I lost mine as well and my 1 1/2 year old started climbing out yesterday...he took one hard fall. We turned the crib around so the shorter part is against the wall...a temporary fix...but he has already tried to get out at the side.
