it depends on what you want to get rid of. Weedy plants, vines , broad leaf plants need more round up guess 80 ml per litre.
Grass 20 - 35 ml per litre
However it really depends on the round up as some round up is a higher concentration and then you need less roundup to water

Don't really catch your question, but 30 ml per liter is a good strong ratio. Some labels tell you to mix less, but not all weeds die if a weaker solution is mixed. Some more hardy weeds will not even turn brown. Also check the active ingredient grams per liter Ours are 480g/L. It differs from country to country as well as other suppliers selling it under another name.

Directions to Refill with Roundup Super Concentrate

• 24oz RTU: 1 oz of RoundUp Super Concentrate, fill with water very slowly to avoid foaming.
• 1/2 Gallon RTU: 2 1/2 fl. oz. of Roundup Super Concentrate and slowly add 1/2 gallon of water
• 1 or 1.1 Gallon RTU: 5 oz RoundUp Super Concentrate, fill slowly with 1 gallon of water
• 1.33 Gallon (PNS & PNG): Add 6.5 fl oz of the Super Concentrate to container and slowly fill with water

pH of water is important. Buffer pH at PH 5 . Then add 2% Roundup. Homesprayer is 1 lt therefore 2 % is 20 ml.
in a 20 lt Rucksack sprayer a 2% is 400 ml.
If weeds are above kneeheight and thick use a 3% solution.
