the most important is to remove all the air from the cartridge that has left inside durring refilling that is why professionals are using special machines that refill in 0 air πρεσυρε using vaccum pump
you can check here a video on how to refill with out any special equipment
the problem with the refilled ink is that the ink is NO WHERE near as good as the original HP ink and the ink cartridge is now damaged - just replace the cartridge with a new HP cartridge and you should be OK!
Hi,
Go to your HP solution centre software.
Click the maintainance tab,
Check the ink levels, nozzles, alignment etc...
You may get the correct diagnosis then from here.
Hope this helps
Regards
Richard.
When I turn on the 2110 printer the scan light just keeps moving forward a small amount and to goes back to the home position. It will do this for about 5 minutes and then shut donw.
Okay i used to have the same problem, but all you have to do is this:
1. Plug in HP PSC 2110xi All-in-One to the computer
2. Turn the printer on
3. Unplug the power chord from the printer (don't turn it off before you do this)
4. Wait at least 45 seconds (and actually wait 45 seconds, don't guess)
5. Plug the printer power chord back into the outlet
6. If the printer does not automatically turn on, turn it on
7. When it asks you to align cartridges, press enter, and follow the directions
This time it should work :]
HI I have a printer just like yours.... what you do is you open up the front case while printer is on.. and when you open it up the ink cartridge holders will come to the center of the printer... then from there you carefully release the latch of the cartridge you wish to change:
notice how the old one went in also as you pull it out so you will no how to put the new one back in... be sure to take the tape off the new one before you put it in also... then just slide it in place the same way you took the old one out.. then lock it down carefully with the latch that holds it in place.. but carefully those latches break easily so be sure you lock it down on both sides... then just put the lid back down and you will be done... :)
