This is a software problem . . This happens when the application u have installed is not supported by ur mobile . if it is an inbuilt application u should reset ur factory setting . .i will give u the steps if needed .
try this... " Download blueFTP any version on your mobile... now run this application on your mobile... there it will show u two drives C (phone memory) and D (memory card)... go to the file location in the application... select it and from options see its properties check the write option..."
It could be the problem with software installed in mobile(FLASH). To resolve it you need to update the firmware with the help of Online Update Service from Sony Ericsson.
Make sure to backup the date on your mobile like contacts, messages etc..before updating it.
If it not works you need to contact Mobile repair shop to FLASH it again. It means they will refresh the software in mobile.
