Hi good day check first the audio settings in your pc might be in mute or need volume adjustment. then check the speaker if busted you can try another one just to isolate the problem where came from. now if still nothing sound audio come out in your pc check the sound card re install the driver if needed. hope this will help you thanks for consulting the fixya god bless.

You burned out the audio chipset, (Unless when you downloaded the audio drivers, you did not Install them. You have to download AND install)

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it

click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to

reinstall drivers

click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers make sure you have selected the

(appropriate speakers) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there
click start control panel sounds and audio devices select advanced there might be a tick in the mute box untick it

first thing you need is to know the brand of the motherboard that you have, then the model of it, then go to their website and you should be able to get the drivers for your sound card there.

Regarding about sound card on my laptop

Right click on may computer and go to properties.
go to hardware tab and click harware devices.
Right click on sound Driver or Multimedia Audio Device and Click update driver.

give the path to downloaded Driver if it pick up the sound will work.
If it dont that means you dont have the reletive driver.
search the new driver and install by the above process.
