Any 450 Watt SMPS power supply is ok. Zebronic or Mercury retails around Rs.450 to 500. No need of costlier power supply like Corsair etc.

There is no reset or fuse to reset. You may need to get replacement power supply. If the computer is plugged into a power strip or surge protector you can bypass it and plug the system directly into a wall outlet and power up.
Power Supply Light-on the back of the computer.
The light is a Green Light by the power supply.
Power Supply light is lit by a signal in the power supply called Power_Good (PG).
If the Power Supply Light Led is not light up, the power supply is defective.

The fact that it is made by Dell is irrelivent.

ATX is a standard and so are 20 and 24 pin motheroboard connectors.

You should find what you need by searching for: power supply unit on Wikipedia and Google.

Generally the unit should have a part number attached to or printed on it somewhere. This is for the board with the power switch attached, it's called the power supply unit, so hopefully this is what you are looking for.

There seems to be two possible options, so you will need to determine which is the correct unit you need.

AZ23 0204 - Power Supply Unit: 100V (RoHs)
H555 5010 - Power Supply Unit - 120V

The easiest and safest way is to purchase a power supply tester. Just unplug the power supply wireing harness from the motherboard and plug it into the tester. It gives led readouts. Its around five dollars. or just simply take it to a computer shop, most will check that for free

There is no specific power suppl that you need. The only differce is the wattage 300, 350 , 500 etc. Your motherboard will work with all types not to worry. The only reason you get a higher wattage power supply is if you plug in a lot of stuff. say you have 3 HDD and 2 CDROMS then you would need the 500 Watt power supply.

you first look the watt on the power supply and if same watt power supply is available then connect because power supply has overload protection it will not work also look the connecter is matching if not then purchase only original power supply dont chase the duplicate it will consume more money
