i need to unlock my nokia 2730 c-1 which shows restrictions code evertime i put in my sim card it is from vodafone Australia and the imei_354870043721214 please i need urgent assistance.

You're probably trying to use a SIM card from a network not supported by the country you're in.
Some networks don't have a roaming agreement between two or more networks service providers to enable the users of one service provider to use their services.

Purchase a new SIM card from a popular network in that country. Ask them to unlock your phone at the same time, because it might be locked on the original network, like Orange, Vodafone, t-mobile etc...
