Make sure there are no other bluetooth devices interfering with the
connectivity between headset and phone. Remove the Plantronics headset
from the phone menu, if
it's showing up. If possible, remove and re-attach the battery of the
phone. Power off the headset. Pair the headset to the phone
again and you should be okay.
