Make sure there are no other bluetooth devices interfering with the connectivity between headset and phone. Remove the Plantronics headset from the phone menu, if it's showing up. If possible, remove and re-attach the battery of the phone. Power off the headset. Pair the headset to the phone again and you should be okay.

You want to turn off the power to your headset and turn off your phone. Remove for 30 seconds the battery from the phone and reconnect. Then follow the pairing instructions found on pages 4-5 in this link for the Plantronics Voyager Pro+.

Plantronics 925 connects to my Blackberry Bold but disconnects within 2 seconds

Looks like there is a battle between two or more equipment items.

Are you using more bluetooth equipment on your Blackberry?

Then delete them from your phone. And try pairing again with the 925.

Then activate the option for automatic connecting with the 925.

After this you can connect the other bluetooth equipment but do not set either of them on automatic connection.

Hope this will work.

I connected my plantronics voyager pro to my blackberry bold and they connected fine (never asked for passcode) but there is a continual beep in the back round that makes the sound of the other call be...

Try to re-pair the headset to your phone to make sure that it has a good connection. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to totally delete the headset from the Blackberry's menu. You may want the headset turned off for this process.

Once you make your Blackberry discoverable, then put the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset into pairing mode by holding the power button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Voyager Pro pairing instructions.

I can not pair my headset HS820 with my BB 8520. My BB does not recognize it...what can i do?

First Ensure that your Blackberry 8520 is in discoverable mode (Settings>Options>Bluetooth) once in Bluetooth hit Menu (the button to the left of trackpad, Select options to turn Discoverable on, once you have done that ensure your bluetooth is in Pairing mode (solid blue light, except Plantronics brand which will alternate Red and blue lights) then have the device search and it should find it, select connect, then enter the headset (typically 0000 unless Bluetooth owners manual says otherwise) and it should pair just fine from there

Hope This Helps!

CAN'T GET MY BLACKBERRY 8330 TO PAIR WITH MY

Did you do the steps listed here?
This is the Plantronics information.
Your new headset includes Plantronics QuickPair technology to simplify

To pair your headset for the rst time:
Turn ON the Bluetooth feature on your phone.

See your phone’s user guide for more information.
Press and hold the call control button to turn on your headset. (The indicator
ashes red/blue to show that the headset is on and in pairing mode.)
TIP: If you don’t see the red/blue ash, press and hold the call control button to
turn your headset o, and then press and hold the call control button again until
you see the red/blue ash.
Use the commands on your phone to locate your headset.
TIP: For most phones, select Settings/Tools > Connections > Bluetooth >

Plantronics specific to ATT?

You have paired your phone to another device. Your phone will not recognize the new device, as it is looking for the old one.

To solve, look for your instructions on how to ADD your headset to an existing connected device.

Or you can hold down the button on your headset until the colors turn red/blue, go to your phone connectivity, search for bluetooth device, once found, then connect and add your password, most likely 0000.

Try that, in that exact sequence. Please rate me!
