Reset the Phone once and try again otherwise go to service care.

My pantech reveal's speaker has suddenly stopped working. I cant hear anything when i receive or make calls. A headset icon popped up to the left of the battery icon during the same time the speaker...
it means you have the phone in headset mode so it is sending audio to headset not speaker ...should be able to turn it off in the phone settings

Pantech c150 stuck in headset mode - no headset plugged in
open the headset port on top of phone and push the little square adapter connector part down with your nail, and that will take it out of headset mode..

Pantech c300 **** on headset mode with no headset connected
my phone got a bit damp and had this problem, after a whole day of only being able to text i separated it from the battery and blow dried it, it was no longer stuck in headset mode when reassembled.
