I have a troy bilt super bronco lawn mower tracter. i have a blow out and have to take the front left tire off.. I cant get the tire off. how do you remove the tire?

The shift lever has a torsion spring, part 26. See if it is broken.

Check (compare) the left and right rear deck lift links. Likely one has become detached or otherwise is loose.

The clutch return spring attaches at point G and F. Attachment point F holds to springs.

Take the front tires off, pull gears and take out pins, put tires back on and you have a "non-self propell" mower.

troy sells them but just put tire slime or, a similar product to seal the puncture; into the tire and, fill with air

Check your air cleaner...then check fuel line from pump. Pull fuel line off carb make sure fuel is present. :)
