Hello there, I am very familiar with this Sherwood Blu Ray player and unfortunately it is impossible to unlock the region on the player. It is locked at a hardware level and is physically impossible to unlock. There aren't a ton of blu ray players on the market that are region free actually. Yours is definitely not one of them.

So sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it is definitely not possible.
