Jenn-air SVD48600P oven will not work / F3 error
Hi jmhostetler9,
This F3 that keeps flashing on your oven is caused by a shorted or open oven temperature sensor (RTD). To fix this problem check sensor harness and harness connection between oven sensor and oven control. Jenn air oven will not
One side of your 240 volt connection is disconnected, most likely in the plug wire connection. The neutral and one leg of your 240 is working thereby your display still works since it runs of 120 volts. Happened to me I had one wire come loose from stress on the plug

Oven is finished cleaning but the door says
I have Jenn Air oven S136-C with a locking bar. After cleaning cycle wait for the oven to cool down and the lock light will go out (but the oven is not yet unlocked.)
Set SELECTOR knob to OFF
Set TEMPERATURE knob to CLEAN
Press CANCEL button (on right) twice.
Slide the locking bar to the left and the oven door will open

F1 touch pad / ERC test This simple test will help determine
whether the ERC (Electronic Range Control or Clock) or the touch pad is
defective when F1 error code is present.
Note: Some models incorporate the touch pad in to the ERC as a single
assembly, in which case this test is not necessary. Simply replace the ERC
(Clock).
Warning: If you feel in any way uncomfortable performing this test or
making this repair, please contact a qualified appliance repair technician.
1. Disconnect power to the range (unplug the range power cord or turn the power
off to the range at the circuit breaker). It is very important that the power
to the range has been disconnected, so please double check before continuing
2. Gain access inside the control panel.
3. Disconnect the touch pad (also called keypad or membrane switch) ribbon from
the ERC
4. Make sure there are no lose wires, or anything else that may cause a short
when power is turned back on. Assemble the control panel back the way it was
5. Turn the power back on.
6. Wait for at least one hour to see if the F1 code comes back (usually
accompanied by a beeping sound)
7. If F1 comes back, replace the ERC. If it does not, replace the touch pad.

Hi, the error code implies that the Function key shorted or stuck..
You need to replace touch pad or if touch pad is part of the clock, replace the clock (ERC).

Jjw8527 oven, digital display does not display,
This problem is likely a failure of the LCD display on the circuit board. I examined ours and it shows a burned spot inside the display unit. With our oven the display becomes visible after the oven has been on for some time. The board is simple to replace.

GE Oven JTP15BW Broil Element on, Bake Element off during baking.
I have the same problem. Just swap the 2 wires that are marked as 'broil' and 'bake' on the controller board. But sometimes it switches back, then I have to swap the wires again.
You might want to leave the 'broil' post unconnected to prevent burning food..
