If you press the alarm button it switches between showing you the alarm you set and the current date. You have to just press the alarm button until you can see the time of the alarm, then you have to press the arrow to the right of the snooze button, you'll see the time you set becoming -:-- and the icon that looks like a bell disappear. If you want to re-enable it, you just need to press the other arrow to show it again.

Mine did the same. Remove 4 phillips screws from the rear. Carefully open and expose the innards. Remove 6 smaller phillips screws from the black box exposing the battery bay. Pull out the tiny battery tension spring and clean the contacts. Refit in reverse of removal. Refit batteries- worked OK for mine.

Look at the back of the clock there is usually a 12/24 switch.

Your device can set the clock automatically by means of receiving radio signal for synchronization.

Hi, it's one of the problems with the Oregon Scientific RRM968PA Clock Radio and as time goes on the display will go blank and you won't see anything again.
The display is actually gradually fading off and there is nothing you can do to stop it except getting prepared to replace it with a new one...

The signals are not being received by the main unit. Try to reposition the unit or move it to a different location. Also make sure the antenna is in the clear and not next to any thing like a cordess phone or charger as these can make RF noise that can block or cover the needed signals.

If the display is working, you have audio. Check your amplifier. 1300Watt adaptor ... This unit draws a very low power and that is not needed.

1. Power Off: Turn off the device.

Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first. But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it. Then turn it back on and see what happens. If you can, test the charging cable on aother device. If you have another type C charging cable, try it, just to eliminate a bad cable.
