Dell optiplex gx620 orange color on the sturt boton

A steady or Amber blinking power button indicates a low voltage problem. This can be caused by a defective power supply or a defective motherboard. Just to make sure that nothing else is causing the problem, remove any PCI cards like modem, video card, sound card, etc... Remove the memory modules and disconnect cables to CD/DVD drives. Look at the USB ports to see if any are damaged.

How to add a additional hard drive to a dell gx620

Make sure that the HD is compatible with the current system. Then ensure that the jumpers on the new drive are set such that they are not Master, but Slave. If you have both set to master, you will get nowhere fast.
Set it to slave, and you should be able to format it as a slave unit, then use it as a separate, additional drive.

Have a dell optiplexGX620 NEED TO KNOW WHAT

Ctrl + F11. But you must make yourself a backup of everything you want to keep before that, the factory restore wipes it all - just copy the files to an external hdd. No, that program is a virus that has infected all and it's too late for anything else. If you need to recover the files and you can't start Windows properly just use a Linux Live-CD like
