When I turn the oven on the igniter glows but he

When the igniter glows but the gas does not come on it is usually the igniter not reaching the correct amp draw.
When the igniter does not reach the correct amp draw it may allow the gas valve to partially open or not open at all. The igniters are inexpensive and easy to replace. This video will walk you thru the correct procedure for testing an oven igniter. It may be a different model but the testing will be the same. You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. Not all models are available. All parts come with installation instructions.
Now if the oven is staying on all the time, this usually indicates the relay on the main control is stuck/melted in a closed position. This will mean you will need to replace the control again.

The spark on the right front burner is not

It is possible either the electrode or the ignition cable from the spark module might be faulty.

Refer the attached diagram. The electrode is part 154 at each burner should have one. The spark module is item 110. You could trace the cable from the right front burner electrode to the spark module to check if the connectors are not loose or coroded.

I have a hotpoint stove and the burner in the oven

Even though your igniter is lighting up it probably needs replaced. They become weak and wont pull enough amps to open the gas valve.

I am looking for a copy of the Owners Manual for

Here is the link to find all the model #'s that come up using the 6 digits you gave us. It should be a much longer model # to get a specific manual, so pick from the list the model # that is stamped on your actual range. Pull out the bottom drawer and look at the front left or right side. Douglas

I set my oven to automatic cleaning, then

Hello- You may have already tried this but first I would try unplugging the range for a minute or so (you could also switch it off at the breaker) and see if the door lock will reset once you plug it back in. There are a couple of other methods I have used as well. Hold the door shut tightly and then set it to clean, sometimes the door lock will disengage and unlock before it attempts to lock again; you may be able to see the latch moving and can open the door when it unlocks. Try also to set the oven to clean and then cancel it again, it may reset. If these methods fail you may have to call a Tech to come out and see if the oven control is communicating with the door lock correctly. Good luck, best regards.
