Not working on skype-i cant see my video whila chatting

A web cam can generally only be assigned to a single running windows application: what Skype is telling you is that your webcam is already 'locked' by another program and it is therefore unable to 'acquire' it. Use Task Manager (e.g. CTL-ALT-DEL to access) and see what else is running and 'terminate' any tasks that can use your webcam.
