GE E1410SW Questions & Answers
Camera E1410Sw supplied without USB cable to download photos
You have put this question on a fixya.com website. This is a public forum where people like you and me put questions about our experiences with things around us. People who have a solution or want to share similar experiences then answer these questions. I think you need to contact GE to get the cable you need. This forum will not be able to provide that.
If you refer to page 64 of the manual (see link below) you will see how to connect to PC with the USB port. The other method is to print to a Pictbridge compatible printer. You will use the same USB cable to connect to the printer PictBridge port. (this is not the same as the printer USB port which connects Printer direct to computer). See page 68 of manual.
Hope this helps. So the same USB cable that came with the camera should be able to do both as per the manual that I downloaded from GE website.

I need help with my GE CG818 Camcorder
If you're experiencing an issue with the picture on your GE CG818 Camcorder scrolling up while trying to focus, it could be caused by a few different things. Here are some things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Clean the tape head: Dirt and debris on the tape head can cause issues with the picture quality. Try cleaning the tape head with a head-cleaning tape or a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol.
- Try a different tape: It's possible that the issue is with the tape itself. Try using a different tape to see if the problem persists.
- Check the playback settings: Make sure the playback settings on the camcorder are set correctly. Check the manual for instructions on how to adjust the playback settings.
- Call a professional: If the issue persists after trying the above steps, it's best to call a professional to diagnose and fix the issue. They can safely and effectively troubleshoot the issue and get your camcorder running properly.
Remember to always prioritize your safety when attempting to troubleshoot any issues with your electronics. If you're unsure about how to proceed, it's best to seek professional help to avoid causing any further damage.
I have a camcorder built
Base from the description of your problem and since you want to take the tape out from it but since the unit is not powering ON that will be not possible unless the unit is dismantle.
SO if you really like to do that you can ask someone that has dismantle a unit like that to avoid damage on the tape that you want to remove from it.
How do you get an LG LV720 video cassette recorder out of safe mode?
To get your LG LV720 video cassette recorder out of safe mode, you can follow these steps:
Locate the original remote control that came with your VCR.
Look for a button marked as C.LOCK or LOCK.
Press this button. This should allow you to exit the safe mode3.
If you don't have the original remote, you might face some difficulties. Some users have reported success by pressing the record button for 6 seconds on their Panasonic VCRs but it's unclear if this will work for an LG model.
