I assume your asking how to change the "Print head" power off the machine, remove the ribbion and plastic mask (lifts up) you will see 2 gold phillips head screws. unscrew them both and lift up the print head. push in new print head and reverse the directions you removed.

Check the print head possible pin sticking out

try this:

1. place good cartridges
2. turn off printer
3. press and hold power button until printhead is moving
4. release power button
5. your printer should be working again

have you checked the wall socket , try another wall socket , try another power cord ,and check if all is switched on
