Price Pfister 49-BCXK Georgetown 8-15 inch Less Handle Widespread Lavatory Questions & Answers
Not sure if this is the exact faucet i have but
You will have to shut the water off to your tub first. On the top part of the handle, you will notice a round disc. A utility knife works well for popping this plug button off. After that is removed, you should notice a phillips screw that holds the handle on. Unscrew this to remove the handle. After that, the faucets vary a little. Some have a nut that unscrews to remove the handle extension, while others just have one long screw that holds the handle and extension in place. You may also want to check with price pfister to see if there is a special tool for removing the cartridge (as this is sometimes the case). They will also be able to send you a new cartridge out. I have never had a problem with warranty on their cartridges. Also, the new cartridge will typically have removal and install instructions with it.
Price Pfister hot water runs slow
Check the supply line and valve to see if any dirt or foreign.matter got into the line or valve when you changed out your faucet. if this is not the problem you may have a faulty faucet. You may be able to back flush the faucet with a garden hose by leaving the hot side open, but you will get wet. If you used Teflon tape on the supply line and it is a compression fitting, some of the tape could be blocking the water. for more info go to waterheaterflush.com

What causes noise when water turns on
are you speaking of water hammer ? as typically this occurs when shutting off water , faucets that make noise like a whistle when on could be a part clogged aerator in the end of it , this happens over time and debris is aloud to collect in end of faucet
